NEW CLIENT INFORMATION

Hello and Welcome! 

We are thrilled you have chosen us to help you with your New Hair Journey. 

We service four types of clients: 

• Curly Hair Clients (wear their hair in wash and go’s styles) 
• Natural Hair Clients (wear their hair in Natural Hair styles) 
• Curly and Natural Clients (wear their hair in curly and natural hairstyles) 
• Blowout Clients (wear their hair in blowouts styles) 

Curly and Potential Curly Hair Clients: 

If you wear your hair in a Wash n’ Go style or the goal is to start wearing your hair in a Wash n’ Go style,  we have 3 appointments for you (located in the New Client Tab).

Here are a couple of protocols for new clients: 

•  When you have scheduled your appointment, you will receive a Hair Consultation form to fill out. Once you have completed the form, we will contact you if we have any questions.

Natural Hair Clients: 

• It is mandatory for all new clients to receive a Hair Detox with their natural hairstyle appointments.  

• If you are struggling and in need of help with your natural hair, it is recommended to schedule the My New Hair Journey ( we can adjust the style to a Natural Hairstyle).    

Blowout Clients:  

• It is mandatory for all new clients to receive a Hair Detox treatment with their blowout appointment.  

Hair Consultation: 

• If you are still not sure... What to do?!? Where to start?!?  And you have a hair goal you want to reach. Schedule a Hair Consultation Appointment. This service is a in depth conversation to answer any questions and concerns regarding your hair. We will come up with a new haircare regimen to reach your hair goal.
