We have new guidelines and policies from management at Salontra SelectSuites:
1. MASKS MUST BE WORN INSIDE SALONTRA AT ALL TIMES. NO EXCEPTION. Face shields only are not allowed in the salon suite.
2. Children are not allowed in the building unless they are receiving a service.
3. If you are not feeling well. Please feel free to cancel your appointment. If you come to the salon not feeling well. We will have to reschedule your appointment (a fee will apply).
4. Please do not bring a guest with you to your appointment.
I am doing my best to make the suite a safe haven for everyone. When entering the suite I will ask you to wash your hands. If possible please bring a minimum of items with you. There will be no eating or drinking inside the suite.
Just remember these new guidelines and policies are implemented to keep us and our love ones safe. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me.

Please remove any twists, coils, braids and weaves prior to your appointment. NOTE: There is a $50+ additional charge for removal of weave, braids, twists, etc. and excessive detangling.
Appointments must be reserved with a credit card. The card is not charged at the time of booking, nor is it required to be used for final payment
Appointment times are reserved especially for you! Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated so that we can provide you with the extraordinary service and professionalism we are committed to. We understand unforeseen incidents occur, communication is key! if you are running late, please call to inform us. We may have to reschedule your appointment ($35 late fee will be applied to your service). Or if we need to cancel your appointment, there will be a 50% cancellation fee.
You have 24 hours to may any changes or cancellations to your appointment. Any appointment changes or cancellations after 24 hours with or without notice will be charged 50%-100% a full service charge. Please make sure you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before the start time of the appointment ( e.g. appointment is Friday at 3pm, must be cancel by Thursday at 3pm) to avoid a cancellation fee.
For No Shows there will be a 100% full service charge.
We pride ourselves on customer service. Communication and satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours from your original appointment. We do not offer refunds on services or fees in violation of our policy. However, depending on the circumstances we can discuss the options for a re-do.
